Introduction of CBS22 CBS23 CBS24 CBS29 and Bus Deployment

CBSBus will be introducing 4 new routes on 1st April 2004.
CBS22: Pasir Ris - Bedok (Loop)
CBS23: Pasir Ris - Rochor Canal Rd (Loop)
CBS24: Pasir Ris - St Michael's
CBS29: Pasir Ris - Loyang Ind Est (Loop)

Bus Deployment:
--> CBS20: CBS 1000 U - CBS 1007 B (8 units), CBS 1300 D - CBS 1311 Y (12 units), CBS 2001 K - CBS 2014 Z (14 units).
--> CBS21: CBS 1312 U - CBS 1317 G (6 units), CBS 2015 X - CBS 2018 M (4 units), CBS 9000 S - CBS 9009 R (10 units).
--> CBS22: CBS 3600 A - CBS 3607 G (8 units), CBS 2019 K - CBS 2024 U (6 units).
--> CBS23: CBS 9010 M - CBS 9021 G (12 units), CBS 2025 S - CBS 2036 K (12 units).

CBS is pleased to announce that we have bought the following buses.
--> Volvo Olympian 3 axle: CBS 9031 C - CBS 9060 T (30 units) from ZYXBus. These buses are equipped with EDS and GPS - ZYX style.
--> Scania N113CRB: CBS 3600 A - CBS 3649 K (50 units) from SBST. All NAC ones will be retrofitted with an aircon unit and will also be equipped with EDS. So far, the first 10 units have been retrofitted, just in time for the introduction of CBS22.

CBSBus will introduce other new services from the east in weeks to come.

Introduction of CBS21 and Fleet News

From Sunday, 7th March 2004, CBSBus is proud to announce the official opening of a new route: CBS21. The route is actually SBST12.

As for bus fleet. CBSBus now has
--> 21 Mk4 Striders: CBS 1000 U - CBS 1020 L, parked in ARBP
--> 25 Mk4 DM3500: CBS 1300 D - CBS 1324 K, parked in BNDEP
--> 30 Merz O405G Volgren: CBS 2001 K - CBS 2030 B, parked in BNDEP
--> 31 Volvo Olympian 3 axle: CBS 9000 S - CBS 9030 E, parked in BNDEP

All these buses will be parked and maintained at BNDEP & ARBP while the other depots are being built.

34 of these buses are now on CBS20. Another 20 of these will be operated on CBS21.
