COp Bus Services -- Stay Connected with CBS
With effect from Tuesday, 4th May 2004, Service 14 will operate 2 shortworking trips.
With effect from Monday, 3rd May 2004, Service 18 will operate shortworking trips from Bedok Interchange to Loyang Ave (Blk 149A) on weekdays between 1715 hrs and 1900 hrs. They will be labelled as Service 18A.
CBS is proud to announce the starting of services under the Eunos Bus Plan on Sunday, 2nd May 2004. All these services will be under Sengkang Depot located at the area next to Sengkang East Dr/TPE intersection. On the same day, CBS43 will have partial operations by Sengkang Depot. As such, the 8 Merz on CBS43 will move to SKDEP.
With effect from Tuesday, 27th April 2004, with the closure of the exclusive bus lane along Geylang Lor 1 towards Upp Boon Keng Rd, CBS24 & CBS33 will be diverted until further notice. This is due to the Nicoll Highway incident and with the increase in traffic capacity along Kallang Rd, an extra lane is needed along Geylang Lor 1 for traffic travelling towards Mountbatten Rd.
With effect from Sunday, 2nd May 2004, CBS30 will be amended to ply between Tampines and HarbourFront via Bt Merah. This is to avoid circuitious routing in the area.
On Wednesday 28th April 2004, to facilitate the above event and for the safety of all participants, Connaught Dr will be closed from 5pm to 7pm. However, no CBSBus services is affected by this closure.
With effect from Wednesday, 28th April 2004, 3 new services will be introduced from Bedok. They're CBS17 CBS18 & CBS19. With the introduction of these services, this marks the end of the Bedok Bus Plan by CBS.
With immediate effect, 3 CBS services: CBS12, CBS21 & CBS32 will be diverted until further notice. This is due to the Nicoll Highway road collapse next to Merdeka Bridge, behind Golden Mile Twrs.
With effect from Sunday, 25th April 2004, Part 2 of the Bedok Bus Plan will be unveiled. Under Part 2, 4 new services will be introduced from Bedok. They're CBS13 CBS14 CBS15 & CBS16.
With effect from Wednesday, 21st April 2004, 4 new services will be introduced. CBS21 in Pasir Ris and CBS10 CBS11 CBS12 in Bedok. The rest of the services under Bedok Bus Plan will be introduced progressively in weeks to come.
With Effect from Sunday, 18th April 2004, CBS21 will be known as CBS25. This is because of an upcoming route that is due to be unveiled sometime later this week. All other operating details and routes remained unchanged.
CBS will now officially unveil the CBS Tampines Bus Plan. Services with majority or all of its fleet based in BNDEP will be numbered as 3x and 4x from Tampines. All of these services will be launched by CEO COpStrike at Tampines Interchange @0900 hrs on Sunday 11th April 2004.
