CBS to operate special services and charter on National Day

CBS will operate 15 special services/shortworking trips and also provide charter for National Day 2004 come 9th August 2004. CBS will take this opportunity to launch the Wright Olympian for revenue service. These services will only operate on National Day to cater to the 60 000 people and participants attending the parade held at the National Stadium.

The special services are as follows:

EW1: Pasir Ris - Aljunied MRT
EW2: Tampines - Aljunied MRT
EW5: Bedok - Kallang MRT
EW23: Clementi - City Hall MRT
EW24: Jurong East - City Hall MRT
EW27: Boon Lay - City Hall MRT

NS2: Bt Batok - Lavender MRT
NS4: Choa Chu Kang - Lavender MRT
NS9: Woodlands - Lavender MRT
NS13: Yishun - Lavender MRT
CBS72NDP: Sengkang - Aljunied MRT
CBS63NDP: Punggol/Hougang - Aljunied MRT
CBS92NDP: Serangoon - Aljunied MRT

CBS113NDP: Ang Mo Kio/Bishan - Kallang MRT
CBS33NDP: Toa Payoh - Kallang MRT

On top of that, special charter will be provided from Kallang, Aljunied, Lavender and City Hall stations to the National Stadium itself.

All special services and charter will run from 1330 hrs - 1700 hrs (last bus of special services is 1600 hrs) and from 1945 hrs - 2200 hrs.
